Hard to believe that we are about to start week 4 of Summer Camps! The past three weeks have been a whirlwind of puppets, masks, dancing, chess, gardens, swimming, tech, 3D printers, croquet, and more. Summer is one of our favorite times of year because we get to see so many returning and new campers! This year, we are fortunate to be working with some incredible teaching artists and councilors who provide every child with a fun, creative, and safe camp experience.
Some camp highlights have been...the Funky 4th parade, the Community Greenspace, popcorn, 3D printing dogs & cats, decorating the WonderBus, dancing at the Highland Center for the Arts, goats visiting the Pre-K at the Highland Lodge, tie-dying, and visiting the gardens of Jim Flint, Perennial Pleasures, and Mary & Wayne Young. We can't wait to see what the next 3 weeks bring!
