WonderArts Welcomes Representative Chip Troiano!

WonderArts is very excited to welcome our newest board member, Chip Troiano, to the team. Chip lives in Stannard and represents the Caledonia-2 district in the Vermont State House of Representatives. Chip has been employed as an Investigator for the Law Firm of Willey and Power in St. Johnsbury, Vermont and has been doing criminal investigations for over 30 years, and has served as Chair of the Board of Listers and Town Moderator for the Town of Stannard for the past 40 years and as a Justice of the Peace for the past 25 years.

Chip served a combat tour in Vietnam as an Infantryman and a helicopter door gunner (1966-1967). He has been involved in veterans issues over the years, including assisting in the production of a documentary about Vietnam veterans traveling back to Vietnam, and lecturing at local high schools, colleges, church groups and veterans' organizations. Serving in the military inspired Chip to study photography at the Fashion Institute of Technology in the early 1970's, before relocating to Vermont.

WonderArts recently held an exhibition of Chip's photographs in the Sterling College Brown Library. An avid world traveler, Chip's photographs included imagery of New Zealand, Patagonia and Southeast Asia.

Please join us in welcoming Chip to the board!
